Helmet Exchanges
EXCHANGE POLICY:

Once you receive your helmet and you find it does not fit, it's the wrong color, you can send it back for exchange within 30 days of receiving it as long as it has not been altered or damaged in anw way. ie: no stickers removed or added, not worn, ect. The new exchange helmet will not be shipped until the return helmet is received. (no exceptions). Exchanges must be for an item of equal value otherwise it must be treated as a return.

RETURN POLICY:

If you do not want an exchange and only need to return an item for a refund, your refund will be applied to your method of payment minus shipping and a 15% re-stock fee. The return item must be received by Skull Crush within 30 days from the time it was shipped to the customer. Helmets must not have been altered or damaged in anyway. ie: no stickers removed or added, worn, straps cut, ect. If your helmet is not going to fit, it will be obvious when you first try it on. Refunds will not be granted for helmets that have been worn, used, or "tried out". Returns on parts will not be accepted if they have been installed or attempted to be installed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is a 5% Administration Fee for all canceled orders. If your order has shipped it must be treated as a Return. See Return Policy above.

REPAIR POLICY:

Helmets that need attention due to cosmetic damage can be sent in for repairs and we will do our best to improve the appearance of your helmet. Should your helmets need a new liner, edging, strap, or buckle you can send it in to have these components replaced.

Instructions to Return:

First, email us to get an RA#. Box up the helmet with the RA# on the outside of the box and enclose a note that has your order number and describes what you would like done. Your order number can be found on the confirmation email that was sent to you after the order was placed. Be sure to enclose your name, address, and phone number, and email address with the item. RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED IF THERE IS NOT AN RA# or EXG# WRITTEN PROMINENTLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. It is advised to ship your return or exchange package using a method that has a tracking number associated with it. Skull Crush is not responsible for lost or missing packages if there is not a tracking number showing confirmation of delivery.
