Returns on Skull Crush Helmets are extremely rare due to a high customer satisfaction rate. Should you ever need to initiate a return or exchange, please read the following policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days from the day your product shipped. If 30 days have passed since your shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There is a 20% restock fee for all returns. Shipping cost will also be ducted from any refund due. All purchases made on this website are subject to this policy and are non-negotiable with no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Decals and tags must NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED. Helmet MUST NOT have been worn, tested, tried out, taken for a ride, or anything of that nature. It must also be in the original packaging. Each and every Skull Crush Helmet is carefully inspected for quality and perfection before it is shipped to the customer, so it is sure to have arrived in a perfect state of condition when you received it.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Apparel that has been used, or "tested out" cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an RA# that must be obtained before the return is shipped. An RA# can be issued by emailing info@skullcrushgear.com.

Please do not send your purchase back without an RA#. The will refund will not be processed without it.

REFUNDS: (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the 20% restock fee and shipping cost. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If 60 days or more have passed since the original date of purchase, a bank issued check will be made to the shipping address on the original order. Please do not send your purchase back without an RA#. The will refund will not be processed without it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@skullcrushgear.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable)

We only replace helmets of the same or equal value. We cannot except exchanges on T-shirts. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@skullcrushgear.com for an EXG# and send your item to the address given at the time you receive your EXG#. Exchanges will not be processed without the EXG# written on the box.

Shipping To return your product, you should get an RA# by emailing info@skullcrushgear.com, them mail your product to the address given at the time you receive your EXG or RA#.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. i.e.: Skull Crush Carbon Fiber non-DOT helmets take a MINIMUM of 8 weeks to make and we WILL NOT rush nor sacrifice quality for the sake of time. Please be prepared to wait if you are ordering one of the carbon fiber hand made helmets.

If you are shipping an item of considerable value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

SHIPPING:

Free Shipping does not apply to International orders. Orders that calculate free shipping will be issued an invoice for shipping charges. International PayPal orders must be purchased with a Verified and Confirmed PayPal account.

Skull Crush Inc. is not liable nor responsible for lost or missing packages once delivery has been confirmed.

Motorcycling is a dangerous activity. As with all power sports, regardless of what type or amount of protective gear is worn, it is still a dangerous activity. Skull Crush assumes no liability whatsoever in the event of an accident.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

SKULL CRUSH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF SKULL CRUSH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:


In the event a SKULL CRUSH product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SKULL CRUSH shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SKULL CRUSH shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SKULL CRUSH shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.



TERM; TERMINATION:


These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by SKULL CRUSH without notice at any time for any reason.
