ABOUT SHIPPING:
Generally, we use UPS Ground for orders within the continental U.S. We will use USPS Priority to ship everywhere else.
Skull Crush is not responsible nor liable for lost or missing packages once UPS or USPS has confirmed delivery of the package.
If your package costs more to ship than what was calculated at checkout, such as heavy boxes with multiple helmets, we will contact you to advise of the additional charge that will applied to your account or we will email an electronic invoice for the remaining balance.
With free shipping items, we will ship using any method at our discretion regardless of what method is chosen at checkout. ie: T-shirts and such.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We will not ship to an overseas address unless it has been paid for using a PayPal "Verified" account and matching verified address. No acceptions.
OCCASIONAL PROMOTIONS:
Retroactive discounts cannot be applied for a promo/discount code that was not used at the time of purchase.
