The 3/4 is on the left. All other Skull Crush models look like the picture on the right. There is a permanent insolite memory foam liner in each helmet. The pics show interior with the optional size pads installed. If you need the helmet to fit more snug, you can use one or both size pads as needed. If you don't need them, leave them out.
Insolite is a moisture resistant memory foam. Good at dissipating energy instead of transferring it.
